Many people find their experiences too broad or complicated to place in a box. However, you may feel a need to talk with someone confidentially, to untangle thoughts, feelings and gain clarity. This is where we can help.
Whatever brings you to therapy, our small, experienced team is here to support you or your child with navigating life’s challenges.
Our Services
Individual Therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Children and Young People Counselling
A practical, goal-focused approach that builds on your strengths, emphasizes what’s working, and helps you create meaningful change—one step at a time.
Solution-Focused Sessions
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your wellbeing. This does not include talk therapy.
